2025 Storm Chasers Media Day

I took advantage of a B&H sale and picked up a new Godox AD600 Pro and took it for it’s first spin today while I was taking portraits of the 2025 Omaha Storm Chasers players. With the help of their communications director, we were able to squeeze me into their team content ‘car wash.’
Setting up my station the home dugout, I had to try and take advantage of the MiLB branding and solid blue wall.
Using two lights, I had the 600 on a light stand at 1/32 power with a Godox V1 speedlite filling in the background of the dugout at 1/64 power. Trying to mix things up, I started with the players sitting up on the dugout bench before having them step into the space between the benches and the batting gear area. I did 2-3 poses with each player and was able to get 26/28 of the players (two never came down) in the span of 60 minutes. Full gallery here.
